Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take additional time. We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please ensure that you provide a correct and valid email address at checkout so you do not miss any important updates about your order.
Please also double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Stylish Bella Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Stylish Bella Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, the shipment is under the carrier's responsibility.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or other household members
- Looking around all entry points of your home
- Contacting your local post office or carrier directly
- Filing a claim with the carrier using your tracking number
For additional protection, we encourage customers to consider shipping insurance or package protection at checkout if available.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees. If the package is not returned, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.
